- Rent will be determined on highest bid. The bidder offering higher bid will be awarded the contract. The contract will be for a period of one year which may be extended on good performance.
- Bid form along with terms and conditions can be obtained from Office of Provost, University of Malakand on payment of Rs.1000/-(non-refundable/non-transferrable) deposited in NBP University Campus Branch in Account No: PLS 3-2.
- Bidder shall provide CDR equal to two months rent as "bid security" along with duly filled Bid Form.
- Sealed bid forms, complete in all respects must be submitted to office of the Provost on or before: 24/08/2021. Bids will be opened on next working day of the advertisement’s stipulated period at 11:00 a.m. in presence of the bidders at office of the Provost, University of Malakand.
- Separate application(s) shall be submitted in case for applying to more than one shop/canteen.
- Bid Forms which are ambiguous, late submitted or without CDR shall not be entertained.
- Name of the desired shop/canteen shall be clearly mentioned on the envelope containing respective filled bid form.
- University of Malakand shall reserve the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reasons and without being liable for any claim/compensation of any nature whatsoever. Decision of the University of Malakand shall be final and shall not be challenged in whatsoever manner.
