Tender Documents can be obtained on written application along with copy of CNIC of the contractor, Enlistment with Govt. Department & valid Registration with PEC from Directorate of Works, University of Malakand at Chakdara, District Dir (lower) on any working day.

• The contractors should produce original documents of Enlistment, Registration, list of Technical/non-technical staff, works completed & works in hand of the same nature.
• Sealed tender along with earnest money @ 2% of Engineer Estimate cost in the shape of call deposit from scheduled bank, in favor of the Director Works, University of Malakand, should reach on or before 12/09/2024 at 10:30 a.m.
• The University will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
• All bidders are required to be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).
• The tender documents must be signed by the contractors/ authorized person of the firm.
• Any disfiguring/ overwriting, manipulations in the tenders shall be liable to rejection.
• Contractors blacklisted by Government/Semi Government /Autonomies bodies should not apply.
• The bidder who quotes their rates below the Engineer Estimate, the bid will be accompanied by additional bid security as per KPPRA notification No 5335-48 dated September 15, 2021.
• In case of the bid has not accompanied by the additional security then the bid shall be considered as non-responsive and the 2nd bidder and so on will be considered accordingly.
• The contractor’s Bids will be treated as per KPPRA Rule.
• Any other terms and conditions can be seen in the office of undersigned on any working day.
• The authority reserves the right to reject the tenders at any stage prior to the acceptance of a bid with cogent reasons, under KPPRA Rules.
• Incomplete/ conditional bids shall not be acceptable.
