LL.B. (3 years)
The course extends over three academic years divided into LL.B (Part-I), (LL.B Part-II), and LL.B (Part-III).
The minimum number of marks required for passing an examination shall be forty percent in each paper
and forty five percent in the aggregate. The Degree shall be awarded to successful candidates on the basis of
total number of marks obtained in LL.B (Part-), LL.B (Part-II), and (Part-III) Examination. At least sixty
percent marks in the aggregate shall entitle a candidate to be placed in the first division and forty five
percent in the second division. There shall be no third division.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.A / B.SC or equivalent with at least 2nd division from any recognized University preferably in the relevant fields
